Verge Black Empowerment Status

• Verge Management Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Simeka Group. Simeka Group is 90% black owned and is headed by Muthanyi Robinson Ramaite. Verge is a Level 4 B-BBEE contributor and fully committed to black economic empowerment.
